EXMOOR COMPOST

Exmoor Compost - Exmoor Pony Poop Multi-Purpose Compost #peatfree

We have a very well-matured supply of Exmoor Pony Poop Multi-Purpose Compost
- available in watertight, tree-tied bags at £7.50 per bag

We have a large herd of Exmoor ponies at our farm in the Porlock Vale, Exmoor National Park. The Exmoor Pony Project includes ponies from a variety of semi-feral moorland herds, as well as our own Holtball Herd 11 ponies, and they live naturally, migrating from pasture to barns as they wish. The manure they produce evolves, over a period of years, into an excellent quality, gradually and naturally-matured compost. It is very well rotted down, friable and easy to handle and doesn't smell. It goes through our screening process which results in a wonderful, soil-like consistency - and is then bagged.

Our compost has received a big thumbs up from gardeners and it has featured on ITV's Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh.

This is excellent, peat free multi-purpose compost, produced from very well-matured Exmoor pony manure - which is a fundraiser for the Exmoor Pony Project

Exmoor Pony Poo Multi Purpose Compost is currently available in around  25 litre bags at £7.50 a bag. Weight depends on moisture content and these hand-tied bags are equivalent to normal, good-sized bags of flat-packed compost. We are able to deliver reasonable quantities of the bags within the local area (ie, West Somerset, Exmoor and North Devon coast).

This compost is a fundraiser for the Exmoor Pony Project and helps to maintain the care and management of the Exmoor ponies and safeguard the project.
